My husband and I wanted to take a short trip for Valentine's Day weekend and we chose the Madison. The hotel was an excellent choice...the staff was wonderful and very friendly and attentive to our needs. There is an indoor pool and fitness center. The door staff was very helpful and retrieved a map for us of downtown Memphis and had great suggestions on where to see live music that turned out to be spot on. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms are much larger than the Peabody Hotel's rooms. You can walk to Beale street as well as most attractions downtown. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we plan on staying again.

When on business or pleasure and looking for first class Hotel in downtown Memphis.........It is the Madison Hotel! Great location downtown. Rooms are beautiful and staff very helpful and friendly.

On arrival, we were welcomed very nicely, and our car was taken and valet parked. The hotel is situated in an area of other large modern hotels, not too far from Beale Street, just a few blocks walk or quick tram journey.
The bedroom was very nice with a deliciously comfortable bed. Bathroom luxurious with a lovely big shower.
Food in the bar/restaurant area is very nice, and there are many restaurants nearby to walk to as well.
I would recommend this hotel and would certainly return.

This wonderful hotel never disappoints. The comfort and luxurious rooms make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The bathrooms in each room are spacious and the Electric Mirror will make each woman wanting one on her vanity wall at home. The helpful staff go the extra mile for you. Be sure and dine at the fabulous Eighty3 while you're a guest of the Madison. We left the ducks behind long ago and made our move to this boutique hotel. Not looking back now.
