No coffee cups. Front desk said they don't have any. I go to breakfast area and find coffee cups .No remote for TV. Waited hours for that. No HOT WATER for nearly 6 hours last night. I have never been in a hotel that ran out of hot water. Numerous calls to the front desk brought no results. They kept telling me any minute. Finally at 2:00 am I gave up on my shower and went to bed.

People are dealing drugs in this hotel. People parking cars, running in, running out. You wouldn't believe the types of people I saw in this hotel. I will have to contact the Memphis PD. I am requesting a refund. It was a horrible experience and it was my birthday celebration.

There are no blankets on the bed. We had a king size bed with 3 pillows........shouldn't there be 4 pillows on a king bed? You sleep with the flat sheet and the bedspread. The bathroom door was broken. Not enough towels or shampoo. People yelling in the hallway. Yelling in the parking lot. Trash all over the place.

Horrible, horrible.

We had infants with us, but they had no rooms in the whole hotel with a tub to bathe them in. Had to settle for a shower. Sliding door separating bathroom and sleeping area did not close completely, so no privacy while showering, using the toilet, etc. Felt unsafe in this part of Memphis. Would not stay here again.

If you want a cheap place to sleep and don't mind
smelly rooms
trash-strewn hallways
scant complimentary breakfasts
a sketchy neighborhood
dirty sheets and pillow cases
clueless front-desk staff
and a 15 minute drive without traffic into downtown
its not a bad place.

It was comforting that the safe in the room worked.

My husband and I, along with his father, booked two rooms for three nights not knowing what we were getting oursellves into! Having never been to Memphis before and having a good track record staying in Sleep Inns we figured that we would have no problems occur during our stay. How wrong we were!!

Pros: Close to interstate, fairly helpful staff.

Cons: Bad area in Memphis, hotel falling apart after only three years, rooms smell terrible, sheets stained and dirty, bathroom door didn't close, television damaged, shower light burnt out, noise level at night out of control, trash in hallways, pool out of order, continental breakfast a joke.

In closing, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even to my worst enemies. The experience was scary and no one could pay me enough to stay there again.
