Do not......no matter what sort of 'bargain' rate you get, book here. There are probably 20 guys in, out, all around the building all the time. I cannot believe that Priceline ripped me off for 99 bucks a night in this place! Noise, mess, no privacy. I think that they should pay me to stay here!!!!!

We are current guests having booked this hotel through Expedia. The hotel is undergoing MAJOR renovations and should not be occupied. There is no lobby at present- front desk staff are working out of a closet. We are here for a wedding and arrived with no choice. We were not given an option to stay at another Marriott and given no refund in part of the purchase. I can't even open the curtains as there is scaffolding outside my window. I expect much more from a Marriott property. I should have been informed there was this renovation going on and given the option to re-book. After a 50 min call to Expedia I have been offered a voucher for a future trip, but not even a partial refund from Marriott. There'd is dust and debris outside in the hallway- construction equipment everywhere.

Great front-desk staff, but the remodeling was sooo much beyond what I would tolerate again. The "breakfast room" was a disaster and the staff assigned to keep the lobby neat should not be allowed to talk on the phone while working. This Fairfield Inn needs another person in charge. Way overpriced for the accommodation while remodeling.

On a summer road trip my husband and I traveled from Southern California to Graceland in Nashville, TN. This was our second hotel we stayed at and it was a good choice. It is so hard to find hotels when you are not from that area and unsure of where the good neighborhoods are. Upon reading reviews of other hotels downtown Nashville, we decided to stay here. It wasn't a long drive to Graceland, Sun Studios, or Beale Street, but it also inst right next door. Basically We were scared to stay downtown and the short drive was worth it to me. The hotel staff is so nice here. They had Ice Water and Coffee in the lobby and of course they offer breakfast in the morning which helps cut down on some of our expenses. There is a Steak and Shake in the same parking lot as the hotel which stays open late, so that was kind of a bonus! Overall the staff was friendly, the bed was ultra comfy, and the people that we met there were all really nice and friendly. I think we chose wisely by staying here.
