The room smelled musty, the tub was stained, the bathroom was not the cleanest and the air conditioner was wonky. The internet was too slow to be useful.

We had a hard time picking out a hotel for our Memphis/Graceland stay, so picked this one mainly because it looked like it was pretty close to the airport and I thought the area would be decent. We thought it was a very nice, large room and the location was easy to get too and seemed to be very safe. The hotel staff was great and gave us good directions to the local Neeley's BBQ Restaurant, which was excellent. We could not get over how nice everyone was in Memphis and always very helpful and did not seem to get annoyed at all the tourist questions, etc. We would stay there again, if every back in Memphis.

This is a very nice hotel, The cleanliness of the room was very refreshing after a long night at work. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly. Scott checked me in and was very attentive to my needs of a quite room. Ms. Erica checked me out and also let me extend my checkout time. It was much appreciated. The location of the hotel was in a very good location off of the interstate(easy to find) I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. I will be coming back real soon.
