We traveled from Maryland to Oklahoma City, OK...all at Marriotts and this one by far was a let down. Very uninterested staff at the front desk. Pool was sort of clean and room had a very funky stale smell. Mostly clean, but will not stay at this Courtyard ever again. Not worth the price in my view.

We took an extended vacation and spent our time in 4 different hotels throughout Tenn. This hotel was kind of a let down compared to the other 3 we used during our travels. It's a pretty average hotel, the carpets were dirty (bottom of my white socks were dingy after the first evening....kept my socks on the remaining time there). The staff was nice and friendly and helped us with directions to attractions, etc. I felt safe in this hotel, but it was far from the local attractions (Beale, Graceland, etc). Overall, very ordinary stay; and compared to the value that we received at the other hotels, felt that this was overpriced for what we got.

Overall, probably a good place for an overnight stay, but wouldn't recommend beyond that.

Since we stayed here last year and were so happy with the courtyard, we decided to stay here again this Summer. Again, the rooms were nice and large, the air conditioning worked well and the rooms were clean. One thing I want to mention is that this hotel appeared to be very safe. Not too far from Germantown. The staff were very accomodating and the weather was not too hot this year. We visited the Pink Palace and Shelby farms and had a great time at both. Of course you have to stop by Corky's for some great BBQ. Come to memphis and stay at the Courtyard - You wont be disappointed. Oh and the Breakfast downstairs is really good and a good value.

I went to Memphis to Elvis week 07 but in this period the city is full of Elvis Fans and was very dificcult to find a hotel. This hotel is very good, safety, with good rooms, and good service too. I loved, but we took more than 30 minutes to get Graceland and Memphis downtown by car.
