We loved that is was a great location. Close to shopping and dining. We went with our children and we enjoyed the stay. Nice and quiet. The bed was so comfy and to me pillows must be both firm and soft. Slept great. It was a weekend so we didn't get our room cleaned and we didn't mind either. Very quiet during the night. The kids loved it and wanted to stay more days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining area very clean and organized. We are looking forward to staying again.

Sofa bed is a little hard and could use a pad. Service was great. Free shuttle within 5 miles-we went to Corky's. Only negative is that the bathroom is located in a weird location,i slept on sofa and had to walk thru the bedroom to use the bathroom.

Had a great time at the Staybridge . The hotel is pet friendly which scared me because I don't have a pet - but I had nothing to worry about ; there was a pet in the next room and I never heard it. The breakfast was well stocked with a different meat each day with the eggs served as omlets and you could make your own waffles. The only thing I want to mention is that they clean rooms Monday thru Friday but on Saturday and Sunday they don't clean your room unless you request it at the front desk . The full kitchen was a plus because it allowed us to save some money on dinners. I would definitely recomend this hotel.

I stayed at this property from November 29th to December 1st with my father, as we were in Memphis for a funeral. We both enjoyed the daily hot breakfast buffett as well as the business center. We didn't take advantage of the evening reception other then grabbing a beer before returning to the room.

I was prompted to write this review after recieivng an email from my father this morning. I left a wedding card with a check from my dearly departed great-aunt in the room. When it was found, an employee of the property contacted my father to get my home address and mailed the card back to me. Due to my stress, anxiety, and grief surrounding the funeral, I hadn't even realized it was missing and probably wouldn't have ever remembered.

Thank you to the caring staff at Staybridge - I will treasure this last card from my great-aunt always! Next time I'm in town for a visit, I will certainly stay at the Staybridge Suites!
