We just wanted a nice night out. The rooms are very modernized. The staf was very friendly. The rooms are larger than the average rooms at this level. Beds were very comfortable. there was a little noise if you didn't have air running but the layout of the room is such that the halls are a nice distance from the door so you dont hear a whole lot. We are going back for another stay very soon.

This is a very old property along with the neighboring Fairfield Inn. I looks very dated on the outside, but they have renovated the lobby as well as the rooms fairly recently, probably knowing there is strong competition with a brand new gorgeous Holiday Inn Express next door, and other relatively brand new places (Hyatt Place, Wingate, Hampton Inn) in the area. The staff went out of the way to please, and they even provided great fresh cookies in the evening. I was just at the Springhill Suites in Nashville-Metrocenter, and this property is about the same age but in much better shape, and much cleaner than the Nashville one. Location is great - next to the Wolfchase Galleria mall, tons of shopping and many nice restaurants of all price ranges in the immediate area - including many chains. I was very pleased with my stay.

We had been driving for six hours to attend thanksgiving with family and there was absolutely no better place I could imagine having arrived at than the SpringHill Suites. The staff was wonderful in directing us to our rooms, and in cleaning the rooms for us while we were gone. They made sure that everything both for my wonderful fiancee , myself, my parents and my cousins were well taken care of. The rooms themselves were perfect in size and were very comfortable. Absolutely stay here , it is well worth the money and its location can't be beat.

I stay at this hotel once a month for work and have never been disappointed... except when they are booked up and I have to stay somewhere else! The area offers shopping, restaurants, and convenience to Memphis.
