My wife and I had the pleasure of staying a week at this hotel. From the minute we walked in and saw the self checkin to the best trained staff ever. BEAUTIFUL warm lobby! The rooms were clean, comfortable even through the bathroom is somewhat small. I loved it and will come back many time. We have family in memphis and would rather pay than stay with family. The area has many eating places and the best mall right accross the street. THANK YOU HYATT PLACE WE LOVE YOU AND WILL BE BACK.

Decent location, free wifi, breakfast available, price was decent. Room was big, bed uncomfortable, tv was huge. Bathroom was tiny, tiny, tiny and moldy with caulking missing from most of the edges. Stayed for a couple of days, but luckily did not have to spend much time in room. Fitness center was nothing of the sort, only a bike, treadmill and elliptical.

Loved the quick and easy kiosk check in. You pick bedtype, high or low floor, out comes your keys.

The staff was very helpful, despite reviews of rude staff I never saw this. There was one guy who was rather disinterested, and a woman who was a little gruff, asking 50+ folks for their ID's and having no sense of humor about it.

But whatever. I stayed here two weeks on business and was generally very happy. There's a blonde who works in the morning who I literally wanted to scoop up and take home. She was so friendly, cheery, and just helpful.

The actual bathroom tub showers are tiny, unless you get a handicapped room, but otherwise function is great. The hotel is clean, and in good shape.

Be advised if you room service at night, you might have to wait. I called one night at 11pm when I got in after a late night at work and asked for a burger on the 24 hour room service. I was told by the guy at the front desk, "I already shut down the kitchen, I never sell food at night." I was like uh --- ok.

I convinced him to make me a turkey sandwich since no oven was required and that was that.

The a/c in room is rather loud.

A nice business hotel with a pool, free wifi, great Germantown location, free breakfast, and manager's reception (read: free drinks). Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money.
