“Wonderful place :)”

Drynachan b&b is a great choice if you are planning on visiting Loch Ness. The couple running it were wonderful to accommodate us even when we had arrived a week early after accidentally booking the wrong date online! They have definitely taken a lot of care to make sure that their service was top notch, and their attention to detail made the whole experience very pleasant! Special touches such as chocolates and fair trade biscuits along with a full selection of teas were awaiting us in our room. The sitting room was beautiful with an open fire and good selection of books and dvds if you're wanting an evening in. The room was absolutely lovely, with robes and slippers laid out on the beds, and the breakfast was so nicely laid out, it almost looked too nice to eat! Staying here was so cozy, I wished we were staying more than one night, but if I'm ever back in the area I would definitely choose to stay at Dryanchan again.

“Cosy stay in perfect Highlands location”

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at Drynachan Guest House. Staying in the old cottage right on the water and between the trees takes one back to earlier times. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and breakfast was a treat. Great DVD library is available for a cosy night in.

“Idyllic honeymoon destination”

Admittedly we were absoluteley shattered as our stay for two nights immediately followed the wedding in the lake district, and we had a late arrival at around 11 pm (although we were fortunately alone so I don't think we disturbed anyone by arriving so late!), and were greeted with a bottle of champagne and some soup - brilliant!

All food great, travel advice top quality, wood-turning was very special, whirl-pool bath worked perfectly, and most importantly, the hospitatlity was second to none of our honeymoon destinations! Well worth the good reviews. It's impressive that Neville and Sonia can keep it up so well!

“Amazing break away”

Stayed for 4 nights. The B&B was perfect, and Neville and Sonia as hosts were fantastic and very helpful.
Neville took us on a tour of the Highlands up to Applecross and back round. Stopped off and took some amazing pictures of the beautiful scenery.
The food was excellant, having a cooked breakfast every morning (also had pancakes and other choices on the menu) and in the evening had some great dishes including some traditional Scottish dishes including Haggis.
The Boxer dogs were great and very friendly.
I would reccomend family and friends to stay here if they visit the area.

“Brilliant B&B in incredible surroundings. Awesome Pancakes. Quite good Jokes.”

Stayed for one week. Had breakfast and evening meal everyday. Everything that was served up was delicious. You will get a good sample of traditional scottish dishes too.
I stayed in the twin room upstairs and found it to have all the mod cons. Bed was comfy and electric blanket is nice a cosy.

Neville and Sonia have a couple of Boxer dogs and they are both amazing. Basil boxer is a proper little (massive) gent. And Georgie is ..... Well Georgie is Georgie. They are very friendly with guests and very well behaved. I will miss them.

Neville and Sonia were incredibly accommodating, and looked after my every need. Went on one of Neville's tours to applecross. It was a great day out. Neville was really informative (my favourite stat was definitely the one about the rental cars) and took us to all the best viewpoints and pubs. I got some excellent photos and felt It was a really good way to see some "proper" Scotland in a short space of time.

I would definitely recommend Drynachan to friends and I look forward to my next visit!
