lesley and lawson were perfect hosts in in this small "botique" hotel. very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. hotel rooms very clean and all mod cons such as bose radio but still had traditional feel to them. restaurant fantastic. fresh fish daily from harbour. would recommend for relaxing short break.

All the nice things said in previous reviews about the facilities don't need to be repeated here. I wanted something special for a special anniversary - our silver wedding - and Lawson and Lesley delivered an experience that we shall think of fondly when we look back on our little milestone. Attention to detail is what guests appreciate, but the hand-written card and complimentary champagne to help us celebrate were lovely touches to complete an outstanding two-night stay with a fabulous seafood meal.

This hotel was fabulous from start to finish! From the warm welcome we received from Lawson to the fabulous seafood cooked by Lesley, our stay here was bliss. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the choice at breakfast and dinner was really varied. If you get the chance to have dinner here, then do! The food is lovely and fresh and was just what my partner and I were after.

Eyemouth itself is quite small, you can explore it in a day or 2. We took Lawson's advice and headed out to St Abbs too which was stunning.

This hotel really shows some of the less welcoming B&Bs/hotels that I have had the misfortune to stay in, in the past, how its done. We were made to feel really at home and nothing was too much bother for our hosts.

Spent 2 nights in Churches Hotel and we were very impressed with the quality of the furnishings and we enjoyed our stay very much. Our seafood meal in the restaurant was lovely. Lesley and Lawson were very helpful with everything.
