We stayed here for one night on the way to Bute. The excellent reviews are correct - Darroch House is well-run, clean room, warm (important in Scotland in November!) , excellent breakfast, and well run by Carol. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Just back from a trip to Luss was visiting for a wedding. This B & B was so nice, Carol the owner was just so lovely and helpfully. On returning back from the wedding ( which she offered to pick us up from) our electric blanket was on it was just what was needed after a day on our feet. I would recommend this B&B to all my friends and family visiting Loch Lomomd, we will be back.

This was a delightful place to stay. It was very close to Luss village which is definitely worth a visit. The standard of accomodation was excellent, the room was lovely, bed was comfortable and we even got a vegetarian breakfast. Carol and her husband could not have been more helpful. We arrived late in the evening and Carol made sure we were sent out quickly with a torch in our hands to get something to eat. Unfortunately we had almost run out of petrol when we arrived and Carol and her husband even managed to sort this out for us the next day by giving us some petrol which was for their lawnmower! We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A little house, away from the road. Good value for the price we have paid. The room was clean and comfortable.
