My wife and I recently stayed at Sinclair House, (well it was nearly two months ago but I am notoriously tardy at dealing with paperwork!), and we were very impressed. Our accommodation was spotless, the bathroom in particular was immaculate. Our room had a laptop computer with free internet access and also a blu-ray dvd player. In addition, there was off street parking available.

The breakfast the following morning could not be faulted and we were made very welcome by our hosts Ian and Ishbel. We would certainly recommend this as an excellent place to stay to anyone visiting Helensburgh or the surrounding area.

My Mum and I stayed here during September whilst in Helensburgh for a good friend's wedding on Loch Lomond. The accommodation was outstanding. The bathroom was so clean it looked new! I'm a clean freak and couldn't fault the room.
Ian and Ishbel are genuinely lovely people. They even come and chat with you whilst you're having breakfast. Breakfast each day was lovely and they even had soft music playing in the background.
I would love to come back and stay longer and would recommend Sinclair House to anyone.

I cannot fault the accomodation, welcome and ambiance that Ian and Ishbel gave My family when we visited Helensborough. The family room had everything you could want from any 5* Hotel including laptop, blu-ray players and free fast internet.
I cannot speak any more highly of our hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were more than happy to talk about the local area and attractions.
Simlply put, this is the best bed and breakfast establishment I have ever stayed at and My family will be using ian and Ishbel again in the future.

Stayed in the apartment adjacent to the guesthouse and found this to be perfect for our needs. Very cosy and homely, which we enjoyed returning to every day/night. The place is clean and had all you need for a comfortable stay.
