My husband and I stayed at Kilcamb Lodge, in late October. The lodge and grounds are spectacular, we where very lucky to have lovely weather throughout our stay. Our room with the balconey, was beautiful. The staff where very attentive, and the food was something very special. Every small detail was thourght of to make our stay most memorable. Thankyou for making it so special.

This is the third time we have visited Kilcamb. If you like a peaceful setting, very good food then this is the place, Walks along the shore of loch sunart or up the Ariundle oak wood are ideal for working up an appetite. As one of the reviewers mentioned below, we too have a dog, but we are more than happy to use the back door to enter our room, which still does have a view of the loch, The Dog also enjoys the experience as our room had a little veranda, which he loves walking on and looking out. That aside the overall experience is perfect, The Hotel is always warm through out and there is normally a log fire on in the sitting room. The staff are very attentive with attention the details in fine dinning. The Chief of course is well worth a mention as without him there would be no fine dinning, well done.

Two of us stayed for five nights in August 2011. It was a chance to re-charge our batteries after a busy few months at work. Comfort, cleanliness and attentive staff added to fine dining to make the stay memorable.

We found that after several days of sumptious multi-course meals and huge breakfasts our appetites naturally flagged, but I'm sure we could have had beans on toast if we'd asked.

It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Just returned from a 2 night stay to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The room was very nice and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The food was incredible and the staff were extremely attentive. I felt thoroughly spoiled and pampered. We will certainly return.
