Just returned from an overnight stay in Balnellan House with a friend. We had travelled to Braemar for a friend's wedding.
On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly owner, Dennis.
What a very homely place to stay. It was like going home to stay with your parents!!!
We stayed in a cosy twin room which had heated electric blankets on each bed. Dennis turned the blankets on to heat the beds while we were out celebrating at the wedding.
What a luxury getting into a cosy bed on returning from an outdoor temperature of minus 10!!
Breakfast next morning was also a delight. We would definitely stay there again.
