Our stay at the Peinmore was first class from beginning to end. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are deluxe with beautiful furniture and art work. We were able to select our breakfast choices and the food was tasty and perfectly prepared. Service was excellent. The Peinmore offers the perfect location for visiting Skye. We were able to to see most of the beautiful island during our three days there and then come back to the quiet pastoral beauty of our home away from home. Divine. Hope to return in the future for a longer stay.

Although situated 2 miles away from Portree, this B&B is simply outstanding! All the positive reviews written so far have been accurate. From the spacious room we had, the cleanliness and quality of the room, the wonderful breakfast to the warmth our host Don showed us - why we even chatted over some tea and biscuits, this has got to be one of the best B&Bs ever! We stayed 2 nights here in September.

We stayed at Peinmore House for 3 nights in early July. The hosts are a delightful family who were very helpful and accommodating; there are plenty of books, brochures and maps to peruse, along with helpful ideas on what to explore while on Skye. Our room was amazingly spacious and beautifully decorated, yet managed to feel cozy and homelike. The towels are the thickest, softest, largest, most luxuriant we ever have experienced in our travels! A made-to-order breakfast provides a delicious start to a day of exploring the beautiful Isle of Skye!

The hotel is just what the doctor ordered, friendly staff, fantastic position, very clean and the food in the restaurant amazing!!
