We spent New Year (Hogmany) in this hotel, took my son and girlfriend (who is English) to her first taste of true scotland, staff were excellent, rooms were big lots of space, went to the Hogmany Ceilidh and had a fantastic time, Food was great, best breakfast and plenty of choice. Will definitely recommend and stay there again. Only down side was the room was not as warm as would have liked. Apart from one small problem we loved it.

Stayed in this Hotel on a business trip and found it to be everything I needed and would not hesitate to recommend it

We were on a day trip to portree and decided to pop in as was raining and right beside the carpark where we managed to get a space we walked in sat down and were ignored for the 15 minutes before the kitchen closed so we could be told they were not serving food. The staff all seemed to just want to go home and could not be bothered dealing with the public. The place itself was a bit dingy and dirty looking. Glad they were like this as we found the cafe round the corner to be fantastic.

we stayed here on a three nights dbb it was lovely our room had a wonderful view of the bay. the staff are so friendly and helpful.the meals are lovely and the bar is very cosy we will be going back as soon as possible very clean also . well worth a visit. mr & mrs stuart reeves tipton england.
