The welcome that I experienced was warm and pleasant, but apart from the welcome there is no service available. Stunning view, includes Hannah Morris's photography presented throughout. Rooms are fairly basic but the beds are comfortable. It had an unfinished, old and worn out feel.
Beautiful location, very remote and would require a car for travel to the local town Toblemory. There is a shared kitchen and sitting room with a flat-screen television and some games to play. The supplied continental breakfast is extremely disappointing - just packaged croissants with a 'coco filling'.
The shared kitchen & sitting room would be perfect for students and large parties. Would not recommend this B&B/hostel if you are looking for a luxurious retreat, but it might be perfect if what you want is an affordable bed for the night so that you can spend the rest of it exploring the Isle of Mull.
Hope this helps!
