“Comfortable rooms, welcoming and hardworking staff, in a beautiful and peaceful area”

We had a lovely stay in this B&B just outside Dervaig on the Isle of Mull. The breakfasts were delicious, and we were also given very nice packed lunches. There is an 'honesty bar' so that you can help yourself to drinks and snacks, and leave the money or a note of what you took, to be charged later with your bill. We thought this was a lovely and unusual idea. Neil (our host) was extremely helpful in getting us detailed weather forecasts so that we could plan our activities around the (few) sunny days. The B&B is located in the north of Mull, a quiet, beautiful and unspoilt area. Highly recommended, would definitely go back there.

“We'll be back...”

We had a lovely two-night stay in May at Druimnacroish, with a very werm welcome setting the tone for a visit we wished could have been longer. Gracious hosts, beautiful location, comfortable room, a well-stocked honesty bar and free Internet in a lounge stuffed with interesting reading material were all that a couple of weary travellers far from home could ask for. Neil's breakfast was a treat, and Margriet even arranged a lift to and from the smashing new Am Birliinn restaurant for us. The only downside -- no sunshine. But there's always next time.

“Once again a comfortable and relaxing stay.”

Our 3rd stay, and when we come to Mull again we'll stay again. Neil is a fount of helpful knowledge about Mull. It's great to stay each year and watch the family growing! As advertised, Druimnacroish is some way from any village, so you'll need a car or bikes. But after 3 years we can't see a better place to stay in Mull, and the lack of TV is a nice change. The conservatory with its huge windows is a lovely place to enjoy the great breakfast!

“look down the valley to a view to die for”

We stayed here last year. It was a most relaxing 4 days. The room was spacious, with cosy chairs and a bed that floated you to sleep. Breakfast was filling even though as a vegetarian coeliac I usually have a limited choice there was plenty to choose from. The hotel is in the North of Mull and wonderfully situated for trips to the west and east of Mull and the ferries. Yes the trip to Iona is long and requiries a day but you you could make a day trip and go by sea. The beach at Calgary is close as is Tobermory. We had a super day out at the Highland games.
One day we will visit again

“Relaxing, peaceful, great views and wonderful hosts”

Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The breakfast was a treat, full Scottish with home made bread. Packed lunches, again with home made bread, even made with left over Meat Platter Special from the local pub/restaurant - which I challenge anybody to finish! Filled our flasks and set us off to enjoy the beautiful island. Internet access, honesty bar at night in the conservatory with views over to the hills. Room with en-suite perfect, only one downside, creaky floorboards above which is not appreciated 3 am in the morning, but you soon got use to it.
