We try and visit Mull three or four times a year. The majority of the time we stay at Ardachy House Hotel in the self catering apartment. Though only one bedroom, there is a sofa bed in the sitting room. The views from the sitting room are amazing...down to Ardalanish beach and across to the Paps of Jura on a clear day. Although the furniture may be a little dated, it is comfortable and has everything you need. Dogs are also welcome as the owners Maggie and Cathy themselves own two goiden retrievers. The beach is a 7min walk from the hotel. Maggie's cooking is well worth booking if you can; fresh, local produce is used. Maggie and Cathy are very welcoming and ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations.

Very nice host and fabolous breakfast. Also ate dinner there and it was delicious. They are wavers close by so we also had a look around there. The beach is deserted and for your own personal use! Perfect!

I stayed at this hotel for a week on a Walking Women holiday. I am so enthusiastic about it, it's difficult to know where to begin! The choice and quality of food was just wonderful, with excellent vegetarian options. The atmosphere was very relaxed with the owners, Cathy and Maggie, looking after our every need. The location is so beautiful - it literally takes your breath away. None of us wanted to leave at the end of the week.

Exellent the fabulous views,accomadation,service and much more.Even the little things in the rooms like biscuits,tea,coffee and hot chocolate make the stay more pleasurable.The food is cuisine quality there are three delicious choices to choose from for each course which is perfected by one of the owners Maggie. The owners Cathie and Maggie are very patient and welcoming. Their dogs Couts and Cara are cute and welcoming. The location is wonderful the hotel is just a five minute walk from a most beautiful beach there is widlife all around andthere is a family of buzzards that live near by. All of this makes the journey well worth while.I willl certainly be going back as soon as possible.
