We would stay here again in a heartbeat! (It was the second visit of one in our party.) The hotel has lovely rooms and is in a beautiful rural setting. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's a cozy little bar, nice lounge space, and a slightly pricey, but tasty restauraunt. The breakfast is delicious and worth the money. Bring a book because you will definitely want to sit by the lake and read.

An excellent hotel - fantastic location looking right out over the only 'lake' in Scotland. The food if of a high standard, attractively presented and a good selection. Service couldn't be better, and a comfortable and quiet room. What's not to like?

Back for a second time just as good as last time. Food excellent and service very good . We were never rushed indeed lunch lasted 4 hours. Very relaxing.

This is my 3rd review of the hotel, but this time its a special one. We were there for our wedding and we can honestly say that it was the best day ever. The staff were as helpful as always, and we can't thank them enough for what they did for us and our parents. Jean, Alistair, Steven, Jamie, Mark, Laura and all the other members of staff that helped us on the day (unfortunately we didn't get their names) went "above and beyond" and we couldn't recommend the hotel more highly if we tried. The food, accommodation and just everything about the place is "top notch", and we fully intend to go back - if they're not sick of seeing us that is! But don't just take our word for it, try it yourself!
