“Lovely place with lovely people”

l stayed at the Queens for four months and enjoyed every minute. This is really the best that Girvan has to offer. Had a wonderful time. Bedrooms and the bar area are excellent, with really friendly staff. l will miss everyone that l had the pleasure to meet, including Wee Jock. Thanks Faye for the rescue from the Hammie!
l will indeed return to the Queens, and l would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants good clean surroundings, and really good banter. Many thanks again....Andy.

“hidden treasure”

stayed at the queens in the winter of 2008 as we'd been travelling with work around scotland. although it doesnt look like it from the front the rooms in this hotel are beautiful and something you'd more likely to find in the west end of london than on the west cost of ayrshire! great value for money and the ;wee' bar downstairs was also really friendly, highly recommended by a worldwide traveller!

“Absolute value for money, clean, great location and full of great hospitality”

I've stayed at the queens now on several occasions and will recommend to anyone. The owner and staff are more than hospitable and there is a great bar with some friendly faces too. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. They are spotlessly clean and for £25.00 for a double room, how can you grumble. It doesn't matter if it's rubbish weather as it sometimes is in Scotland. In the words of the Big Yin (Billy Connolly), "there's no such thing as bad weather, you're just wearing the wrong clothes. Get yourselves a sexy raincoat and live a little!"
