The card says "arrive with 3 star expectations, leave with 5 star recommendations". We couldn't agree more. We stayed for 3 nights mid week in November. The room wasn't large, but spotlessly clean, and decorated to a very high standard. There is a cosy breakfast room which you are free to use in the evening to watch TV. The view was lovely, and Sarah stoked a real coal fire for us in the evenings so we were never cold.
Breakfasts are delicious, with all local ingredients. All in all this is a fantastic value family run B&B, and we will be sure to return.

we just came back and it was a nice stay as a overall rate. We didnt like so much the old decor in the house, the beds are so small.. just 70 cm width. we liked free wi-fi (fat one) the owner was so kind and nice with us, the breakfast is quite acceptable (not the best we got) free tv and dvd with lots of movies, the place is so quiet and great views and everything was clean. check-in time since 4pm not earlier !!

This was lovely, I only wished we were staying longer!
Sarah the host is so welcoming. The house is cosy and comfortable and just perfect for us.
The room was clean, had anything you would want including sky tv and wireless internet (worked fine on my iphone!). The welcome book has all the information you would need.

Drumnadrochit is only a short walk, we ate at the Fiddlers, HIGHLY reccommended. We booked ahead and glad we did as the place was rammed (which shows how good it is!) and although not whiskey drinkers ourselves, there seemed like loads of them to try!

Urquhart Castle is very near, as is boats to go on the loch.

Also, can't not mention the breakfast! YUM-MY! Massive and really nicely cooked, nothing greasy or heavy. Loads of cereals etc....also. You can't go hungry here!

I would recommend this to anyone.

We stayed here last July and we can only thank all the kindness that Sarah showed towards us. We were gladly surprised to receive a bottle of wine as soon as she found out it was our wedding anniversary. This place is wonderful with a beautiful garden in a very quiet area near Loch Ness.
Don't hesitate to pop in if you are ever around "Nessieland"; you won't be disappointed!
