Very pleasant staff and a lovely room and everyone in the local village was warm and welcoming.

We stay locally and find this hotel to be the most welcoming and charming hotel to dine in. The food is wonderful and reasonably priced and the staff and management cannot do enough for you.My wife and i were married here and returned for a meal on our anniversary last week and had a really good time. The hotel is traditionally done out in tartan decor and you will have a great scottish experience here. If you are coming to loch ness for a holiday do not miss out on a stay here.

Gorgeous traditional Scottish hotel with open fires and hearthy welcome . Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed staff lovely and friendly, rooms traditional but have all the essentials

The wonderful people, beautiful location, incredible scenery and good food made it an outstanding experience. There is a loch ness experience center right next door, you can be picked up right next to the hotel for a memorable boat ride on loch ness, and beautiful places to walk around the hotel. The hotel restaurant is excellent and friendly. The Scottish history of the hotel is interesting. The highlight is the friendliness and eagerness to please of the hotel staff.
