My husband and I have just returned from scotland, staying at somerton house b&b.
The owners forgot to say it was like battersy dogs home, at least 20 dogs in runs outside barking none stop.
The house smelt like wet dogs, the breakfast was poor, 2 small slices of bacon, 1 poor quality sausage, dried up scrambled eggs.
the service was poor, hot meal served as you were still eating cereal.
The bedroom was cold, no central heating turned on, the only means of heat was a towel rail in the bathroom, oh and an hair dryer.
no biscuits on the hospitality tray, which would have been nice.
We certainly will not be returning, some nice places to stay in crief .
keep well away unless you like barking dogs.
