Fantastic views and the snow coming down as we sat in the opulently decorated lounge was like a picture postcard. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was extremely clean and the room was nice. Spa treatments we had were really good. We had a sandwich lunch and breakfast which were fine. We thought that the full dinner menu would be really good quality, however the main course choice for vegetarians on both lunch and dinner was risotto, which is not particularly exciting (although I'm sure it would be a fantastic risotto)!

From booking this hotel, everything was perfect. Dealing with Louise from start to finish was very professional and the service she provided was fantastic. We were given an upgrade to the Ben Chonzie room, which was perfect. The room had a roll top bath in it, with a seperate bathroom and shower cubicle. It was perfect. We used the spa facilities, which is in a seperate building. A swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room were all available. It was brilliant! Having a swim while watching snow fall! The food at this hotel is faultless. We had dinner an breakfast and Matt made the whole experience one never to forget as his courtesy and professionalism was outstanding.
All we can say is Knock Castle is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Scotland or UK wide! We WILL return to this hotel.

I have visited this fabulous hotel several times,with my parents visiting the rooftop restaurant and last time on my own.The opulence of this hotel takes my breath away.....The scenery from rooftop restaurant is stunning, the interior design is tasteful and wonderfully Scottish and the peace and quiet is lovely so I am able to sit and write or read or think.......The food I had was scrummy delicious; the panacotta dessert I truly recommend. I will return and tell others to visit.and enjoy.

Stayed here as part of a wedding group last June. We stayed in the lodge on the edge of the grounds. Very large room, high ceiling and a lovely view.

The main building is lovely and exudes so much style. We got to use the roof terrace (post wedding and before it got dark) and it has a wonderful vista. The pool/sauna is great too - shame we only had time to squeeze a quick dip in. They offer beautician treatments which my wife and some other guests used and all seemed very happy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good.
