This is was our second visit to Cathy Ross and it was as wonderful as our first stay. We have to give credit for her discovery to friends who are able to visit her and the area oftener than my partner and I - we live in Mid Wales. On our arrival, Cathy gave us a wam welcome supported by hot/cold drinks, cakes and biscuits. This set the scene for the 6 days we spent with her. Breakfast of porridge, fruit, cooked items of our choice, fresh coffee and toast was excellent each morning. On our return from our daily travels - afternoon or evening - drinks and snacks were always on offer as was her delightful company. Cathy's home is comfortable and her rooms are immaculate. She is a wonderful source of information of places to visit near and far from Aberfeldy. With her asistance we were able to take our Scottish friends to places they had not been before.
If in the area, I unreservedly recommend a stay with Cathy Ross if you are in the Aberfeldy area. ( She does not prepare eveing meals but she can suggest numerous places to eat within walking distance or a short drive).

We are hpoing to return in 2 years time and we look forward to it.

Aberfeldy is a jewel withing Scotland and Cathy Ross bnb is a jewel within Aberfeldy. We enjoyed the high standard offered, neat, nice rooms, delicious Scottish breakfasts and, most of all, the warmth of Cathy's hospitality. If you have never tasted a real Scottish porridge, Cathy will make your you love it.

after arriving at aberfeldy and seeing where we had being originally booked into by family, to our horror, and therefore refusing to stay (the grandtully) before wanting to turn around and go back home (5 hours drive) we were fortunate to come across cathy ross and her bed and breakfast. a trip that started off as a nightmare finally turned into a more pleasant experience. the room was lovely, very clean, and cathy was very welcoming and we would definately stay again. thankyou cathy for a lovely stay and a better thought on aberfeldy than was originally thought.

Warm friendly place, most wonderful invitation, morning coffee one can die for.... We spend nice weekend in Cathy's B&B in Aberfeldy. We enjoy clean room and most homely atmosphere. Cathy runs place to very high standard. I would definitely recommend it to everybody who goes to Aberfeldy. If I will go to area again my choice will be simple.
