The hotel is a little out the way but the facilities make up for it. The rooms were very clean and the receptionist went out of his way to be helpful. We had a great nights' sleep and the breakfast in a adjacent restaurant was wonderful

I stayed for 1 night whilst on business near Glasgow, I frequent the Premier Inns and have stayed at many throughout the UK. As I have come accustomed to, the room and elswhere in the hotel was clean and the room comfortable. My only complaint on the room in general was it was very cold when I arrived. IT seems to be the policy of PI in all their hotels that room heating is turned right down when not occupied, well that is ok in the summer , but Scotand in January?? The staff in the hotel and next door in the Newhouse were vey pleasant and polite and gave a helpful service. The hotel despite being close to an industrial area and distribution depot was very quiet. The breakfast served next door was good and itr wa a table service for the cooked breakfast and plenty of choice if you just wanted a continental style. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst on business. Room clean and comfortable. Pleasant helpful service. Very quiet , didn't hear anything of other guests. Breakfast in the Newhouse next door was good and table service for hot food, not buffet. Had dinner in one night, very good . Hotel is out of town but fine for what it is- would use again.

This was my first time at a Premier Inn and I couldn't say not a bad thing about. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff friendly especially when they heaerd I was from the States. Breakfast was plentiful and quite good. The hotel was much nicer than the budget hotels here in NY. I'll be booking it again when I come back over in April.
