Colin and June are so helpful and create a very pleasant atmosphere in this shore front B&B. The rooms are very comfortable and the residents lounge area with the fridge and wine glasses for the use of guests is a great touch. Also their local knowledge is invaluable and really helps you to get the most out of your stay in Arran whether its what part has the best weather, dining, golf or pub quiz!.

Stayed at Lilybank as a weekend trip for my fiance's birthday. The B&B was lovely, clean and comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome by June and Colin, the owners. This B&B was value for money and right on the main street with lovely views over the water to the Holy Island. There was a good variety of breakfast options and the cooked breakfast we had was delicious. We will definately stay there again the next time we stay in Arran. Had a great time.

5 nights spent here for walking the Arran Coastal Path. Lovely comfortable guest lounge overlooking panoramic view of Holy Isle. Convenient guest fridge for storing wine, etc. with glasses, icebox, etc provided. Everything extremely comfortable and welcoming hosts more than happy to dry sodden hiking gear and provide not one but two early morning breakfasts due to disruption of ferries because of extreme bad weather conditions. Would strongly recommend - make sure you ask for sea-facing room if available!

Just returned from a lovely few days with Colin & June who could not be nicer, this b & b is very cosy, the breakfast is lovely and the room was comfortable. Would recommend to everyone.
