My partner and I booked to stayed at the Best Western Tiverton Hotel after an evening event at a local venue to save travelling home late in the evening. From the initial telephone booking right through to check out everything was faultless. All staff were immaculately turned out, and in a company uniform which I do like to see, they were all very friendly, helpful, obliging and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, very well and generously furnished with everything you needed including an excellent and very generous supply of toiletries in the bathroom - items over and above what are normally supplied. Plenty of lovely clean and very fluffy towels and very hot water in plentiful supply. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very well lit with a good choice of lighting. The hospitality tray was very well stocked with a very good range of supplies, again including the little extras like a sachet of cappucino and a bottle of good quality mineral water. Car parking is no problem. Breakfast was superb with a wonderful and plentiful continental selection, which was well stocked with no missing bits or empty plates not replendished etc. The hot selection had a very good choice and was well cooked and well presented and served again by very friendly and helpful staff who gave you exactly what you wanted. The staff at breakfast again were smartly dressed, helpful, obliging and polite and an asset to the business. We were so impressed we have already booked into the hotel again for a special evening they are holding and are looking forward to it.

We bought 1 night B & B via Groupon. The deal also included afternoon tea on arrival. However we were delayed so they gave us a packed lunch instead, no problem at all. Fantastic, quiet double room, all toiletries etc provided - normally we wouldn't expect that as we paid so little!
We had dinner in the restaurant and the quality of food was again very high. Staff very friendly throughout our stay.
Location not bad either as we could access the canal walk, not too far from the hotel. We will return.

We spent the weekend at the hotel for a family party and overnight stay. We were very impressed with all aspects of our stay - the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to make us comfortable and welcome. Food served for our main meal was lovely. We had bar snacks in the lounge in the evening which were relaxed and tasty. Sunday breakfast (a combination of buffet and self order) was scrumptious. Rooms are roomy and comfortable with extra beds for kids etc. Thank you to all concerned!

I have just returned from a very pleasent and restfull 3 night break. The hotel is nothing much to look at from the outside but there is plentey of parking. The reception staff could not have been more welcoming. Nice to be greeted with a “ Hello how was your drive”. The room I was put into was at the back of the hotel nice large size room bit dated but very clean. I had some computer work to do, the hotel has free wifi in the rooms unfortunatly because I was at the back of the hotel I couldn't get a good connection so went to the lounge area to do my work. Reception asked if there was a problem I explained the situation and was moved straight away into another room. Fantastic service. The new room had a large desk and very comfy chair can not fault it. Breakfast was good hot and service second to non chatty polite staff. Really enjoyed my stay will recommend it and hope to return again soon.
