This Place has the worst customer service i have ever seen! You feel like your in the twilight zone if you stay here. I was shocked with how rude the owner was. It's dirty and gross too. Smelled terrible! I hope i can help save at least one person from the terrible expeierience i had.

Stayed at this hotel on the way to the Georgia-Tennessee football game in Knoxville. Hotel is convenient to Knoxville-it takes about 30 minutes to get to UT from the hotel. Although the carpet in our room (King room) was dingy and had a few stains on it (looked like cigarette burns, even though the room was a non-smoking room), the rest of the room was very clean, Bathroom fixtures all looked new - new tub/shower and sink vanity. Towels were a little thread bare, but there were plenty of them. The free breakfast was only juice, milk, cold cereal, instant oatmeal and instant grits, toast and jelly and cake doughnuts. Hotel rooms all face outside, but even though this is just off the interstate (75) the rooms were very quite. There is a pool, which looked clean. We would stay here again because of the cheap price, and the fact that the hotel is clean and quite.
