We just returned from a 3 night stay and could not be more satisfied.
Great warm welcome with immediate offer of tea and cake to welcome us. The room was spotlessly clean room and excellent for a Guest House. (It was also well maintained during our stay)
The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with dining recommendations and the breakfast choice and quality is superb including some homemade items which were great!
We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation as being of excellent value with very friendly hosts.

We only stayed the one night here but couldn't have been made to feel more at home. A very warm welcome including a lovely pot of tea and coffee and cakes. The rooml, although small, had everything you needed, tea and coffee making facilities and on the landing there is a selection of snacks to help yourself too leaving payment for what you take. The bedroom was really comfortable, modern and very clean. The breakfast choice is outstanding and cooked and served wonderfully. The hosts are very friendly and informative of the area. Well worth a visit.

We stayed at this Guest House for one night. We did not have a reservation, however the owner was very helpful and accommodating and showed us the rooms prior to confirming. They were very clean and modern. We had a room with an ensuite. The Owners were lovely and helpful with tips on the area. They definately know how to do a full english breakfast. This place was recommended to us. Would recommend this Guest House.

On a flying visit, the accomodation was just what we needed- clean, tidy, well presented and quite posh! Service and friendliness of John and Tess was fantastic, and the breakfasts were second to none! Even with a personal order form and beans in a seperate pot! We had a brilliant stay and will be back soon!
