Very warm welcome on arrival, by Peter and later by Jan. Lovely room, very clean and well furnished. Breakfast excellent. Owners took a keen interest in our reasons for visiting Brixham.
On site parking and within easy walking distance of the town. Very nice restaurants in Brixham.
People very friendly. We hope to return to Brixham in the future and will certainly stay at the Redlands again. Highly recommended.

“Very Clean, friendly, a little overpriced”
stayed at the redalnds for a weekend, found the rooms extremely clean and tidy, the ownwers were friendly, the quality of the breakfast was of a high standard, however the price was a little high and the fact the call for breakfast came a liitle too early , especially considering it was the weekend and after having to get up early the rest of the week for work, spoiled our overall stay at the redlands guest house.

“Good place to stay”
We spent the bank holiday weekend here, and used this as our base to visit my brother in Brixham, and went down to Paignton Zoo for a day.
Really nice hotel, breakfast was great, room was comfortable. Can't really fault anything
