My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful 8 day visit at the Metropole. Our room was all we would want and kept clean on a daily basis. The meals were good with a good choice and at least one vegetarian choice each day. They have a good wifi connection so I was able to check out places we wanted to visit on my laptop but there are 2 computers for guests to use as well. The bar staff, waiters, pool guy etc. were all friendly and eager to help with all our needs. We would definitely use this hotel again. One waiter who had a great sense of humour and called himself "Manuel" quoted lines from Faulty Towers and made sure everyone was happy. We owe them all a "Thank you" for making our stay a success.

My partner and myself have just returned from Jersey staying at the hotel Metropole having had a great time. It is located minutes from the shops, and there is a variety of tours which can be booked at the hotel. The room was comfortable and well serviced every day. The restaurant was also very comfortable and the food menu was variable and the food very good. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting St Helier.

Hi been there for a week got to say everything was prefect food,the room size was perfect what i didn't like was the staff speaking and swearing in other language couldn't understand much but i understood a few bad words and got there one morning and the staff were eating in the dinning room apart from that the rest its great

My husband and I stayed for a week as part of a group. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was fantastic, with a good choice of menu. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a lovely bathroom.We couldn't have chosen a better hotel .We will definitely we returning.
