The hotel is slick, modern and has great leisure facilities. The food is top-notch and the staff are lovely and friendly! I enjoyed a few excellent treatments in the Spa there and the pool area is great too. There was a particularly helpful guy on the desk at the leisure centre and he was lovely to me!

We stayed here in January mid week. Not far from Sligo town(too far to walk tho) Room was lovely and very clean. Was a bit disappointed there was no slippers, dressing gowns, water etc have stayed in other radisson hotels which had all that. would have liked some extra luxury! There is a mini bar but didnt have anything from it. Ice machines on each floor which is a nice touch. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good my own fault it was cold by the time I sat down to eat it as theres so much to choose from v tasty! Ordered room service one night and it was lovely! Great price too.

It is a good comfortable hotel, with all the basic amenities, but nothing exceptional. I was there during the week - it was extremely quiet and a long way from Sligo town. It was too quiet for us to want to eat in the restaurant so we ended up catching a taxi into town.

I can see how it could be attractive for a weekend break as it is close to the sea, but not mid-week in winter!

The hotel itself is a good Radisson Blu standard - great breakfast, good room, etc.

Have stayed in this hotel before and found it to be lovely however this time it was a little less enjoyable. Booked one night for new years eve months ago and was very much looking forward to it. Was greeted at reception by a very rude lady. Rhymed off the information and never looked at me once. Then insisted harshly that the room be paid for in full on check- in. As I said I have stayed here before and this never happened. She made me feel like i was going to do 'a runner' or something. After a bit of confusion i eventually paid this but was not pleased. Next we went to the Spa which was heavenly. The staff were so lovely and kind and the treatments amazing. Ate in the restaurant which was lovely and great value, however on leaving the restaurant we headed to the bar looking forward to some entertainment for the evening, to be told that there was none. This was soooo disappointing considering it was NYE and we were looking forward to staying in the hotel for the evening and not having to worry about taxi's etc. However an extremly lovely bar maid (with short blond hair) gave us a local taxi number and the names of some local bars that would have entertainment. Overall it was a lovely stay and i would return, however somebody needs to train front desk in some customer service
