Husband & I stopped at this hotel to visit friends while traveling home from FL. We chose it for it's location & found it to be a fantastic hotel. Great rooms, inside pool & excellent staff. At checkout, the desk clerk noted that we'd missed the free breakfast and she put together a goody bag of bananas and muffins. It was so much appreciated, especially since she had no knowledge that I am a diabetic & must eat breakfast. We were so impressed that we wrote a letter to the hotel management expressing our appreciation. The General Manager even took time to respond to our letter. Can't get any better than that!

we arrived 12:30 am and were quickly done with reservations and given our room. The room was extremely large, a two queen bed suite with mini kitchen and large bath. As it is new it was very clean and comfortable. The lobby seems nicer than any Holiday Inn Express I've been in lately, Will stop again on the way back with our son from college in the spring. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located just off I-75 and is just a short drive to Knoxville. The hotel is brand new and the staff truly care about its appearance. They have the new Holiday Inn Express beds and sheets, the new "smarter" bathrooms, a small but adequate indoor pool, and top-notch breakfast. The front desk staff and management are friendly and accommodating. I've been here twice in the past month, and both times were just wonderful.
