I've stayed at this particular facility several times because of its convenience for me. On this particular trip, it happened that I needed to interact with the front desk for several things, and the lady on duty was unfailingly helpful and polite. There was an odd problem with the in-room refrigerator, with which she was unfamiliar, but she immediately began working on a plan B and checked on us to make sure everything turned out OK. I did not realize until the next morning (when I complimented her to the day manager) that she was a new employee. Good hire!

I took a Mission Team of 30 people to Nashville following the floods. The Sleep Inn and Suites in Lebanon, TN went so far out of their way to help my team, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were excellent and the facilities great... but it was the hospitality that stood out. Special thanks to David who hooked us up with the rooms, and Linda who took care of my team while we stayed there, (special thanks for the cookies!)

My DAUGHTER went to a sleep over at this hotel the front desk person that works the mornings is very unprofessional. She came into the pool area yelling at the lady in front of all the childern. When i ask her to appoligize she refused and threatned to throw me off the property. Customer Service was very poor and unprofessional. I do not recommend this property for that reason. There was no manager on duty.She scared all the childern and they were crying. i will never recommend or stay at a choice property again. :(((

beautiful rooms, very comfy beds. plenty of places to eat and drink. convienent to gas stations, interstate. there's a nice bar/grill right next to this hotel. highly recommended.
