The hotel was ok, and the staff seemed nice, but be VERY SURE to make sure they charge the right card. I was late, my sister checked in ahead. They swiped her card, promising she wouldn't be charged, and never verified which card should be charged at check out. I got a surprise call from my sister asking for the money in full to pay her card, which puts us in a me financial bind instead of splitting the payments over a couple of months. I will not be a guest in their chain again. There are other hotels. They admitted the 2 mistakes, but other than transferring the charges to my account (and how long will that take??) it seemed they could care less. I was supposed to write ahead to state that only my card be charged when my airplane was stuck on the tarmac for 20 minutes, causing me to miss my connection in Chicago . The hotel I stay at in Boston, the Hyatt Recency requires that the card swiped is the one used for the reservation. I think I'll stick with Hyatt.

This hotel definitely met my high expectations. The staff was courteous and helpful with questions. There is free covered parking and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The amenities include a small gym and indoor pool, which is essential for my family. There is no free breakfast, but a restaurant and room service. The room was clean and spacious with a large, comfortable bed and sufficient sized bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was also a major plus!

The only downside we had to this stay was that our room was located beside the ice machine which was a bit loud.

Clean rooms. Convenient to downtown, especially Market Square, which has some great restaurants and bars. Pillows are too small and there is no room safe. Like most hotels with wi-fi, it seems, the wi-fi signal is spotty. Great choice near downtown.
