Liked everything. Especially the service. Late check in and early check out without a fuzz! Clean rooms, spacious and comfortable.

This was our second stay at this particular hotel. They are undergoing rennovations but it didn't affect us. The staff was very cordial and efficient. We were in town visiting family and it is right off I-75 at the Cedar Bluff exit. The bed was comfortable and clean and everything that we used was in good working order. We didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on what that was like. The best part for me is that is a 100% smoke-free facility. The only negative was that the lobby had an overpowering smell of carpet freshner. Not a clean, fresh smell but more like trying to mask a bad smell. I would stay there again.

We reserved a room through a online website for 2 nights. Our plans changed and we needed to stay one more night. When we inquired at the front desk it was only $2 more than what price we got online so that made us very happy. They are remodeling currently but we were not bothered by any noise or inconveniences. The only negative is that the location is just off the interstate and the windows are only single pane so we heard a lot of freeway noise. The included breakfast had a very nice variety.

Our company held a training class at the hotel and the facilities and support was excellent. The staff support and attitude was excellent - special thanks to Aaron who went "above and beyond to assist us with our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel
