Property is in a good location right next to Puleos restaurant and easy access to interstate 40 but definetly showing the wear n tear.Elevator was dirty, wall paper peeling in the hall , carpet showing threads and elevator is so slow I think the mice must be running it by hand crank.Front desk staff was new and not very knowledgeable about the area but were friendly and prompt.The lady handling the breakfast area was a real gem though.Very friendly and helpful even though her resources to work with were limited.Our suite was nice and spacious for a budget brand including frig, microwave and coffee maker.Furnishings were dated but clean as was the bathroom.Hotel was quiet even though it is near the interstate.I will stay here again .

Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good free breakfast. Nice location near interstate and food choices. Don't hesitate to stay here!

We visit Knoxville several times a year for family. Without question, this is our favorite choice. The rooms are large and spotless; breakfast is fresh and inviting; the indoor pool is (usually) not too cold. :) But even more importantly, the employees welcome each guest genuinely and sincerely. You'll receive a greeting-- and perhaps a conversation--- when you walk through the door or come down for breakfast. Southern hospitality is real, and it shows through all aspects of their business.

Horrible stay!! Hallways are 80+ degrees all the time, TV had 2-remotes and took forever to figure out how to find the cable, ceiling had a loud knocking noise that occurred every 3-4 seconds (pipes in the ceiling??). We were put in a handicap room even though we were not handicapped. The shower head was nearly waist-high and was a real problem when trying to take a shower. If you are a midget, you will be OK. Water pressure sucked, so I had Seinfeld hair for 2-days. The front desk clerk would never answer the phone. Finally walked to the front desk in the middle of the night to find here on the phone crying and fighting with a boyfriend. As for breakfast, if you are a health-minded eater, you will need to go elsewhere. I put this hotel on my black-list and you should too!!!
