The hotel room was clean. The rooms are a lil dated but this does not matter to me that much cause it was a business trip. If you are on a budget its a great place to stay. Close to a few bars and down the street from restaurants and the Mall. Also the staff was great.

So driving from New Jersey to Alabama, we stopped to get a hotel discount book and found this hotel in there. After getting there at 2am, it took a half hour to check in, and we were checked into a room that had already been used - sheets off bed, towels on floor. After having to call the hotel to get the gentleman in the office, we were given another room, which I will say he personally escorted us too to make sure it was clean. By 3am, getting ready to lay in bed, we turned on the air conditioner/fan. Now, we both like the sound of a fan or air conditioner going while we sleep (white noise) we turned this thing on and it sounded like someone was using a chainsaw - the sound was so harsh, and the volume kept going up and down... seriously sounded like a chainsaw. So we turned it off, fell asleep, and got up and left as fast as we could.

Dont these hotels have inspectors? I worked at Hampton Inn's for six years, and we had inspectors come through 3 times a year. I do not understand how chain hotels can be this skeevy... It may be good for some, but I would have rather paid $20 bucks more for a better place. Good luck to those who venture!

My family was in Knoxville for the Destination Imagination Global Finals. This was our 4th time in Knoxville for this event and our third time staying at this hotel. Due to some last minute schedule changes we had to modify our reservations. All our changes were taken care of quickly with absolutely no problems. Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and comfortable. About 10 minutes after we checked in our phone rang. It was the front desk checking to make sure our room was to our satisfaction. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
The rooms are not huge, but we weren't in town to stay at the hotel. We used it only as a place to sleep. The hotel is located on a main road with literally dozens of restaurants in close proximity to the property.
I rated this hotel as average in relation to all hotels out there. If I were rating it solely against value priced hotels, my rating would be excellent.

Very nice motel, 3rd time I have stayed here. Excellent value, price, cleanliness, attentive , accomadating staff. Would bring the family here without a doubt.
