Stayed here for about a month due to the low price. Never got my room preference even though I booked more than a month in advance. Equipment in room is old, I had leaks in the shower faucets and the HVAC systems were old and noisy and smeled of mold. Cold air leaked freely around the HVAC units. Also, I've had to wipe down the night stands and table because they had drops of something gross on them (4 different rooms). I kept coming back beacuse of the price and hoped the rooms would get better. Guess its a consistent thing.

I stayed here for several weeks while in Knoxville on business. The rooms were very clean and included a microwave, fridge, stove, and basic kitchen utensils. The motel is convenient to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It is also very close to the highway. The washers and dryers are free to use and worked well. There is also a small convenience store near the lobby that sells a variety of foods and toiletries. There is internet in each room, but it is not wireless. The service was excellent. Everyone was very nice and when I had a problem with the AC in my room they came and fixed it immediately. A great place to stay when you're in town for a long time and have a limited budget to work with!

What a wonderful hotel! The staff members are very friendly and customer-conscious. I have stayed there three consecutive summers, and will gladly do it again.

I considered staying at the Crowne Plaza because of its location to downtown. I'm glad I didn't. Candlewood Suites is on the same road as All the shopping you need and all the nicest bars, restaurant's you would need. From upscale Japanese to a small brewery.

The hotel rooms felt like an apartment. There is room service only once a week. The master bed was very comfy with six pillows. The room isn't exactly up to date, but not outdated. Basically, no LCD tvs.

The area is nice too, not ghetto like the downtown, fraternity ridden area.
