Room well designed. Clean, new, Ruby Tuesday next door

This is a typical Candlewood Suites Hotel, which is why I love to stay at Candlewood Suites! The staff is all very friendly and competent.

We stayed at the Candlewood Suites for 15 days when we relocated to Knoxville. The staff was amazing! They took care of our every need and were friendly, professional and courteous. No matter what assistance we needed, they let us know they were there to help.
The suite was smaller in size than what it appears on the website. However, it was clean and convenient to the outside door. We had moved in quite a lot of things because of our relocating, and it was nice to be near the side door of the parking lot.
This facility is clean and well maintained. But, the staff are to be recognized for their stellar customer service!!

My wife and two kids arrived at the hotel on our way home from florida at about 11pm. The hotel has nobody on the property to check in late arrivals. We found a box with our name on it and inside contain the keys to our room. I had booked a room with two beds only to find out i was given a room with 1 full size bed. It is impossable to sleep four people in a full size bed! I had my conf leeter from prioity club that clearly stated i booked a room with two beds, but as i already said noboy is at the hotel to fix this problem. The hotel overall was ok, it was clean but nothing fancy. Also it was very difficult to find.
