“Worst hotel experience ever!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 November 2010

Worst experience ever at a hotel. Hotel staff rude. "Indoor heated pool" was a pool with a roof in an unheated and unlighted room. Room was dirty, dusty, cobwebs. Cigarette burns on blankets in non smoking room. Old food and cold coffee are a brief explanation of breakfast. Almost fell in lobby due to missing wet floor sign on fresh mop floor. Shower stopped up, would not drain until maintenance came in and plunged it for 15+ minutes and could not speak English to answer if it was ok. Wallpaper peeling from walls. Wireless internet was non functional and caused me to miss online school deadline. Outlets were cracked and pulling out of walls.TV was stuck in a guide mode that we could hear and not see the show. Room next to us had dirty towels outside door the entire time. Garbage can in walkway was overstuffed with smelly garbage. Cigarette butts everywhere. Furniture falling apart. Stains on the ceiling and black mold growing in the bathtub. Many other things I have not even mentioned.

“Never again!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 June 2010

The towels had huge holes and rusty stains on them, the air conditioning would not cool, the sugar shipment had not come in for breakfast, and when I asked for more muffins to be put out on the breakfast (if that's what you want to call it) bar, they were frozen solid and could not be eaten. Need I say more?

“Not too bad, fun at the pool”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 May 2010

We stayed here with our 7 year old grandson. It is an older hotel. It needs some updating and remodeling, but it was basically clean. It looks lile the pool area had been outdoors but was closed in. As it had open areas to the parking, it wasn't totally enclosed, but good enough. The pool wasn't heated, or if it was, it was barely heated. The water was clean. There were ants around the pool, but not ones that bite.

The breakfast was very nice. Waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, boiled eggs, juice, coffee, tea and milk. The beds were comfortable and fresh. The wall paper was peeling in places and the sink was cracked, but everything worked. We had a coupon and paid less than $45 so for the money it was good. It had a fitness area, but it was not open as it had a sign stating "broke".

“Well worn and well dated”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 September 2009

We booked a king room on "Tennessee Game" weekend. Check in took 25 minutes. The room was barely big enough for one person, much less two adults with a dog. It was a miserable experience. We were not here too see the game just going home after 3 months of being on the road due to work related. This hotel is sooooo very worn and outdated. Very dark rooms, old matresses, just down right plain OLD!!! Do not reccomend. Pet Freindly but not much grass at all. Basically for truckers on off football season.

“Pictures are decieving!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 July 2009

I would not stay here again. The Pictures the website offers are very decieving. The hotel/motel is in need of an upgrade. Smells of smoke - lobby, rooms, etc..Breakfast was a joke - broken microwave and food very bland.. Everything at this hotel just looks DIRTY. Pool very murky - only open 930am - 10pm. One night - lights were not turned on in Atrium till after 9pm - people were swimming in the dark!
All outside doors are left open 24 hours a day - had a homeless man come in asking for money during stay while we were sitting at the pool! Front desk - unconcerned....
Don't stay here - nothing really off of exit either... Go on up to Exit 112 if you need to.
