“Would Stay Here Again”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 December 2011

I am a frugal traveler and will accept pretty much anything clean and comfortable without complaining. This motel exceeded my needs.

The room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities (internet access, towels and toiletries, coffee and ice) were adequate. TV was fairly new flat screen. Beds were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very good, eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, juice.

The desk clerk recommended the restaurant across the street for dinner. The restaurant was very good choice and because we mentioned staying at the motel we received free deserts.

“Good overnight stop that's pet-friendly!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 November 2011

If you're looking for a four or five star hotel, look elsewhere. If you want a good overnight stop that's pet friendly, keep reading.

We made an overnight stop here on our way to Atlanta. While not a new hotel, it is maintained in good condition. There's plenty of parking and-surprise--no potholes in the parking lot! (You can't say that about a lot of businesses nowadays.)

The room, sink area, bathroom and bedding were clean. We asked for extra towels as the standard supply left in the room isn't really enough for two adults.

The hotel is located less than 1 minute off Interstate 75 with restaurants and gas stations in the area.

A big thank you to this Quality Inn's management and staff for being a pet-friendly hotel!

And yes, we would stay here again!

“Great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 November 2011

We stayed here Veteran's Day to attend a concert at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum. It was very easy to find and the two rooms (although not too big) were sufficient for our needs. We had 4 people in one room and 2 in another. There was an Applebee's and Cracker Barrel both conveniently located (could have walked to Applebee's), as well as an O'Charley's that was also within walking distance. Several gas stations located with easy access to and from. The hotel was located near a light so it was not hard to get in and out and the interstate was easily accessible from the hotel as well. Front desk staff was very nice. They had what appeared to be a reasonable breakfast included in the room stay, but we didn't stop to eat before getting back on the road. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and we had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, small fridge and microwave included.

“Great road trip stop (takes pets for cheap!)”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 September 2011

My husband and I had to stop sooner than expected on our road-trip. We quickly made reservations on our way to the hotel with no issue at all. We checked in around 4:00 p.m., had dinner and spent the rest of the night watching the cable provided in the room. Of most importance is that the room was in amazing condition and was super clean. Also, there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel that you can walk or drive to; nothing fancy, but plenty of options. The hotel was also easy enough to get to from the interstate and the price was amazing for a quick one night stop over. The parking lot wraps around the hotel (you can see your car from your room) so you don't have to walk far to get from your car to your room. The staff was friendly, and checking in and out was efficient. The pet fee was $10 per pet.

“Not bad for the money.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 September 2011

We were in town over the Labor Day weekend. The beds were very comfortable as were the feather pillows. The room was relatively clean although we found a couple of strands of hair in the bathtub. The room came with a refrigerator, but no microwave. Our sink was slow to drain which was annoying, but not a deal breaker. The noise level can be high since rooms are outside and its near a highway. Most of the noise came from the other guests and the vehicles in the parking lot. Being near the highway made it easy to find. Its not in downtown Knoxville, but not that far away. If you're just looking for a decent places to stay for not a lot of money, this may be your spot.
