“Winter was great, but any season has also been great!”

We recently stayed at Woodland Cove B&B for our first WINTER visit, although we've been in the Spring and Fall, too! Della and Bruce make all our visits like visiting family. We always enjoy the evening desserts, and the breakfasts are plentifully delicious. Relaxation is our forte, and our hosts are excellent at allowing this. We also enjoy the fact that The Cove is near enough to the Smoky Mountains to make a day trip there easily achieved. The gentle wildlife observed on the grounds help us forget the ordinary everyday stresses. The snow was wonderful this year, and gave us a good excuse for staying an extra night.
The added attraction of the 2011 Epiphany Dinner, which was served Sunday evening 1-9-'11, was better than any meal we've ever had. Twelve courses of International foods, following the twelve days of Christmas song, had everyone full yet wanting to come back next year.
Bruce and Della Marshall will become instant friends of everyone who visits Woodland Cove. No matter your interests, they can guide you to it, as they are knowledgeable of all area attractions. Or, like us, you can simply relax and enjoy being treated like royalty.
We're looking forward to many more visits!

“Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 December 2010

This was the first time for us to stay at Woodland Cove B&B, but it will NOT be the last! We had the best time and Della and Bruce are the very best innkeepers you could ask for. Their hospitality is unmatched and the kindness and family attitude make you feel like you are one of their family! The food was wonderful and the attention to detail is unlike any other we have ever experienced at a B&B. I was on a special diet and Della made sure to provide meals that were right on target for me, it was like she planned the meals with only me in mind and what would work for my diet. That meant the world to me! The Celebration Suite was fabulous! It was decorated beautifully, right down to the little Christmas tree and decorations! Their home is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. We can't wait to go back, it was one of the best anniversaries we have had! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Della and Bruce, you two are absolutely the best!

“Looking forward to two visits in 2011!”

Our first two visits were girls weekends, and they were great! The house is great...beautiful decor but exceptionally comfortable. Food was so good! Bruce and Della were the greatest hosts...there but not there...they seem to know just how to make you feel so special, so welcome!

Looking forward to two visits in 2011...another girls weekend and one with our husbands. The lake is beautiful, and we hear the fishing should be great. May grill out one night and watch the sun set! We'll let you know.

Want to relax, kickback, take a walk? Want to see beautiful country and/or enjoy the attractions/dining in Knoxville, the theater in Crossville, and so much more? Woodland Cove Bed and Breakfast is the place to go...you can truly have it all! You will leave wishing you had read this review years ago...I wish I had written it years ago...think of the memories we could have made at Woodland Cove all those years!!!
