The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was more than accommodating. I chose this place on a whim because I refused to stay at the less than appealing Days Inn across the road that I had booked earlier and had just lost my deposit. I was in a bad mood and told the Ramada staff of my troubles with the Days Inn. She was nice and had no bad words for the “other place”; instead she said she would see that our stay was more pleasant than across the road. I asked the lady at the front desk if she minded me using the wi-fi to book a room thru my CC Co. so I could use my reward points and save a few bucks. She laughed and said "Sure” She told me to check the rate as she may be able to beat or match it. I showed her what my CC Co. could do and she said she had no problem matching it and to save my points. My room was not perfect but clean, comfortable and everything worked fine. The staff even called to make sure we were satisfied. I had no problem staying here with my family. The only thing we didn't like was outdoor corridors and no elevator. I still felt safe and was just a minor inconvenience. I will stay here again.
