It's cheap and that's the only thing going for it. The entire property is very tired inside and out. Our room was in the back where there's absolutely no security, not even a fence. I moved my car as close to the office as possible to avoid a break-in. You can do alot better elsewhere.

Our baseball team and families stayed there for an extended weekend of basbell tournament at the Sportsplex. The staff at the Guesthouse Inn was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our group very well. The pool set up was great for parent's and kids alike. Good location for Sportsplex, dining and shopping. The property is a little dated but the cleanliness of the facilities make up for that. Breakfast was very good with sausage, biscuits & gravy, and waffles. Good job, Wendi (the manager)! You made our stay very enjoyable. We have say our stay was much more enjoyable than the hotel we stayed at last year. We would recommend this to any baseball team and their families. If we return next year, we will would highly consider staying with Guesthouse Inn.

We loved the easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and Casey Jones Museum. Our room could have used a new coat of paint, but overall very clean and inviting. Breakfast was more than what was expected. We would defiantly stay again if in the area!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was hospitable and I really felt like they cared about me. Would recommend to anyone.
