This hotel is a home away from home. The location is great and the environment is safe. Theoms are clean, with a very unique boutique style, and the staff provides great customer service satisfaction. They are more than willing to make your stay comfortable. It is a pleasant experience everytime. This is the place for me whenever I'm in the Jackson,TN area.

From the outside, this hotel looks quite inviting and pleasant, but once you get in your room it is a different story. While the room was clean, there was nothing in there other than the bed,which was about as comfortable as laying on gravel, and the t.v. which looked like something out of the 1980s and half of the channels didn't even come through clearly. Next, the in room coffee maker was broken and my ironing board was broken. After calling the front desk twice and waiting for 30 minutes, I finally had to take the ironing board to them and demand another one. I would expect something like this from a hotel that charged $69 a night, but not $109. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I would have rather slept in my car....

This hotel is so unique, I loved it. The hotel is very pretty, and the room beautifully decorated and the towels matched the color of the room; not the ordinary boring standard hotel room. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever used. the staff was very, very friendly and helpful.
