The hotel is perfect for extended stays... kitchen was clean and handy. Staff was excellent!

we stayed two nights we were not told towles were to be taken to the front desk everyone else was throwing them down in the hall so that is what we did the the house keeping manager came and jumped me for it very rudely we will not be staying at this hotel again for the money you should get some staff that treats the guest with respect

I spent a month there one week. The toilet handle broke and it took 4 days to get it fixed (they told me it would take one). The WiFi didn't work properly, I was told I had to contact tech support (I had to do this every day, the problem was with their routers - not my computer). Seems to me that since I was paying them that they should do the leg work. I was in a no smoking room on a no smoking floor. They refused to do anything about the people smoking ( it stunk bad, even in my room). The floors were filthy (see pics). Was there for 8 days and not once did housekeeping show up (their supposed to do it once a week). The staff was generally incompetent, though pleasant. I won't be staying there again. There are comparably priced hotels nearby that I found to be a better value.

I stayed at the Suburban Extended Stay for two nights in December 2007. The room was very clean and well maintained. Each room features a Kitchen with stove, microwave, mini-refrigerator, sink, and glassware and dishes. The bathroom is smaller than average but very clean. While I enjoyed my stay, there were some minor problems. First Check-in was extremely slow, it took about 25-minutes to get myself and two other guests checked in. The front desk attendant advised that their computer had suffered a virus and wasn’t working properly and that they were in the process of reloading and rebooting the software. After the long check-in process I attempted to access the wireless Internet that would not work. I checked with the front desk attendant who advised me their Internet Technician was correcting the problem and that I should be able to connect later in the evening. That never happened, after going out for my evening meal, I returned to the room and was still not able to connect to the Internet. A couple of hours later the desk attendant called and advised me that the Internet was available. At that time I was able to connect but only for about 10-minutes at a time. The next day still saw only very limited Internet service. Overall I would have given this accommodation a higher rating had check-in been quicker and the Internet Service been more reliable. For travelers in the Nashville Area this accommodation is a great value and located just a couple of exits ease of the Airport an Briley Parkway.
