This motel is EXCELLENT for the cost!!! Clean, safe (w/ a new lock & safety lock), automatic outdoor safety lighting, practically new in many respects, fantastic ammenities (medium large frig w/ med-size freezer), microwave, FREE INTERNET, ironing board & iron, hair dryer, large TV w/ free HBO, & alarm clock w/ iPod connectivity. Great heat/AC unit. New looking carpet & bedspreads, great furniture condition (including a desk, dresser/ console, table, & 3 chairs). The owners live on location making it great for 24/7 help and they have been EXTREMELY accommodating to special request situations w/in reason. Very friendly staff & owners, very consciencious of having a clean, new, and immaculate-kept location outdoors & indoors both. I had such a fantastic stay here that I've decided to make this my base location for all future stays when in the area. I've stayed at some name brand locations in this general area w/ bad experiences... this one is just the opposite--a fantastic motel w/ a fantastic rate!!!

I really don't write reviews but this one deserves a 5 star rating and review. Don't let this quaint hotel go overlooked. I stopped in for a one night stay looking for something with a great price and decided to stay a second night. This hotel is the best priced well kept hotel I have ever stayed in and believe you me I have stayed in quite a few hotel rooms on business. Whether on business or pleasure this hotel is CLEAN, WELL KEPT, SPACIOUS, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF, and they obviously take pride in there hotel. They have WIFI for those who need it with a quite and comfortable nights sleep. I promise that I will be staying here again. If you are staying in the Hendersonville or Nashville, Tn area you need to give this hotel a try you will be glad you did. Oh, did I mention five minutes from great Shopping and Dinning.

Stayed here on the 10th of December, 2010 and was very impressed with the room. At no extra charge I had a microwave, refridge, wireless internet, etc. Very clean room with everything you could ask for including a connection on the alarm clock for iPods and MP3 players all at a very good rate. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I did not get a chance to stay at this hotel but my experience with the hotel needs to be shared,

I was going to be in the Nashville / Hendersonville area on May 21st of this year (2010). I found the hotel online and it looked like a decent hotel at a good price. My family called me on the eighteenth of the month and said they had made other arrangements for me and the person that I would be traveling with so I called the Relax Inn to cancel my reservations. A woman answered the phone and I explained to her that I needed to cancel the rooms that I had reserved. She looked up the name and said "Ok" I will take care of it. I asked her for a cancellation number and she said that they were a small hotel and assured me that I would not need one.

About a month later after the trip I received my credit card statement in the mail and found that the rooms were indeed charged to my account. I called the hotel and said that I had cancelled them and much to my astonishment the woman did not remember the conversation with me on the phone. The owner and his wife offered me a free night's stay at the hotel ( in other words we are not only going to take your money we are going to keep it ). It would be years before I could make it back to the Nashville area and if I did because of this little act of thievery I would not stay at this joint anyway.

Do not reserve a room here, spend a little more and go somewhere else.
